Creativity Lives Here.

My fiance and I were in New York last weekend and stumbled into Piccolo cafe on the upper west side for brunch. Originally drawn in by the charm of the Italian newspaper wallpaper (great DIY inspiration) rustic wood and the classic penny tile floor, but stayed for the aroma of fresh coffee and eggs…. and the food …. delicious. We both had their signature poached eggs topped with lobster (yes lobster in a rich but not too rich, if you get my drift, cream sauce) and sliced avocado served on toasted croissant - yum! www.piccolocafe.us

Oh and did I mention they have four locations to choose from? I’m adding this to my brunch roster, right next to Le Pain Quotidien
